1. Invitation to the opening of the world's smartest modular vertical farm in Neuhausen am Rheinfall.
The day of the opening of our Vertical Farm has finally arrived. Investors of GreenState AG will have a special opportunity on 29/30/09/2022 to be the first visitors to see the Vertical Farming solution and get all technological insights into the installed solutions, including the investment amount etc.

2. Media interest in GreenState AG increases.
Our media presence is growing every day. Lately, we have been receiving requests from many newspapers, TV and radio stations for interviews about our status and our homegrown technology. This week our Chief Marketing Officer Sven Berther was interviewed by Radio Energy about our Vertical Farming solutions. Furthermore, "Gastrofacts" reported about us this week, focusing on our ability to produce local pesticide-free food by reducing CO2 in every segment of food production.

3. Teamwork make dreams work - welcome Nicolai and Joshua!
Nicolai Höppner, M. Sc. International Master in Horticultural Sciences
We are very pleased that Nicolai will be joining the company on July 01 in the important responsibility of Chief Growing Officer.
Plants of all kinds have fascinated him all his life, as well as his studies in Horticultural Science, at the Humboldt University of Berlin, where he obtained his Int. Master in Horticultural Science. In the following years he has carried out scientific experiments in different places, institutions and companies in Europe. During this time he worked in several companies as a scientist and responsible production manager. His main focus was on the cultivation of vegetable plants, ornamental plants and the industrial production of cannabis.
Joshua Devadas, Marketing & Recruiting
Joshua Devadas, 26, is currently studying Digital Business Management at the University of Applied Sciences Graubünden.
He will join the GreenState team on a part-time basis as of July 1st. With over 4 years of experience in modern recruiting and HR, he will be responsible for our recruiting process and will also be involved in various marketing and advertising activities. His experience in moderation and customer contact will also be valuable for Greenstate.
4. "State of affairs"
Our work is slowly coming to an end regarding the completion of the first smart modular and vertical farm. The last components will be delivered and installed in the next 4 weeks. Currently, we are fully focused on completing the artificial intelligence solutions and software components.
5. "Delivery" of digital shares
In the last four weeks, Berner Kantonalbank has started the delivery of digital shares of GreenState AG. All shares are registered with the digital share registry of Nimbus AG and the SIX Stock Exchange in Zurich. Following this milestone, we have started searching for second party opinion providers and valuation companies in preparation for our IPO in the near future.
