How we are delivering:

• Our teams are working on products regarding vertical farming, using the newest technologies.
• We write unit tests and deliver high-quality software on a continuous basis with CI/CD software pipelines.
• Our projects follow a standard setup with three environments, having separate environments for development and testing, user acceptance, and production.

• Depending on the project, our teams are consisted of at least backend developers, frontend developers, a test automation engineer, a scrum master and the product owner. We use Scrum as a framework for project management – we hold regular types of meetings (daily, planning, refinement and review) where every team member can have a say.

Your Profile:

• Educational Background: Possess a completed education as a horticulturist EFZ, which is advantageous, or an equivalent qualification in a related field in the "green industry"
• Professional Experience: Accumulate 3-4 years of practical experience in a similar role within the agricultural or horticultural sector, demonstrating your competence in the field
• Language Skills: Exhibit proficiency in both spoken and written German to ensure effective communication and documentation
• Initiative and Motivation: Show a proactive and self-motivated approach to working in an "Ag-Tech" start-up, actively contributing to our mission and objectives
• Driver's License: Hold a valid Category B driver's license to facilitate transportation requirements
• Ideally, you should reside in the Schaffhausen region or have a short and convenient commute to our production facility

• Conduct manual and automated testing on software applications, ensuring they meet the highest quality standards.
• Creating and executing comprehensive and well-structured test cases using standard testing methodologies to ensure the highest software quality.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define testing requirements, strategies, and test cases.
• Identify and report defects, and work closely with the development team to ensure prompt resolution.
• Develop and maintain comprehensive test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.

Requirements:
