1. Share price increase
Hooray! Our company is achieving goals, reaching new heights, and growing in value. With the completion of our retail entrance contract this month, we have developed tangible and intangible assets, built necessary relationships, accomplished our goals, and raised a significant amount of funds. As a result, the price per share is increasing.
February is the last month to purchase shares at CHF 13 each. If you haven't done so already, act quickly as this is the last round at CHF 13 per share.
2. Closing of the retail financing round
We are informing you that the equity financing round will pause for at least one month after this round. Currently, GreenState AG has achieved its fundraising goals for company operations. Our focus now shifts to staff expansion, commercial roll-out, business development, administrative work, annual shareholders meeting preparation, further market expansion, and new marketing goals.
A new financial round for retail investors will open later this year. We will do our best to expedite this process and begin the new round as soon as possible.
During this period, interested parties can still subscribe to the GreenState AG Bond offering with a 5.5% annual interest rate over a duration of 5 years
3. Event in Basel - GreenState on Tour
After our first event in Geneva, we invite you to meet us in Basel on Wednesday (28.02.2024) at the Marriott Hotel, with the program beginning at 14:00. During the event, you can meet our employees, learn about our company's progress, understand our business model, and try our products.
